BUILDING AN END-TO-END SYSTEM FOR ATTIS ENGINEERING

Attis Engineering is a certified, well-renowned company with expertise in engineering, safety, risk management, and construction. They approached us to develop a tailored solution that would enable a small team to efficiently capture survey results and automatically transform the data into client-ready reports.

The scope of the project involved surveying over 2,200 assets, each requiring testing, photographic evidence, and a summarised one-page report in Word format. Conducting and compiling this volume of data manually would have been unmanageable within the available timeframe. Off-the-shelf products could not meet the specific requirements, prompting the need for a custom-built system.

To meet the challenging deadlines, we delivered the project in two distinct phases:

  • Phase 1 – Minimum Viable Product (MVP): We rapidly developed an MVP to meet the core objectives. This enabled real-world testing, feedback collection, and informed the design of the full system in Phase 2.

  • Phase 2 – Full System Launch: The complete system was launched in late April, incorporating all user requirements and additional features to enhance the user experience. Feedback from the team has been overwhelmingly positive.

To date, the system has:

  • Captured over 1,000 asset survey results

  • Automated the population of key geographical data

  • Transformed raw survey inputs into standardised, client-ready reports

  • Saved the team an estimated 100+ hours of manual data entry

This project exemplifies how bespoke digital solutions can unlock significant efficiency gains, especially when off-the-shelf tools fall short.
