Terms and Conditions

 

Advanced booking is required for all sessions and is subject to availability. You can contact McKeown & Scullin Solutions by e-mail (info@mckeownscullin.com) or phone (07450910350).

 

Upon submitting an order form, an invoice will be sent to the email address provided. Payment will be expected within the time specified on the invoice. Gift vouchers will not be sent until full payment is received and cleared.

 

Complementary introductory calls are conducted prior to paid sessions to ensure full benefit of the service.

All sessions will be conducted online. It is the recipient's responsibility to ensure that they have appropriate hardware, software and internet connection to attend the sessions.

Custom-made spreadsheets will have a maximum of three tabs. Products created by McKeown & Scullin Solutions are for individual use and are not for resale. Finance spreadsheets are unique to every individual that will often have different requirements; as part of the complementary introductory call, McKeown & Scullin Solutions will endeavour to understand the individuals' needs to ensure the final product will reflect the individual's preferences. A reasonable number of adjustments will be permitted.

Gift vouchers are redeemable only once and are valid for 12 months from date of purchase.

 

A minimum of 24 hours notice must be given for any cancellations or amendments to sessions redeemed through a voucher and must be sent in writing to info@mckeownscullin.com. Cancellations or amendments to sessions 24 hours or before the start time of a booked session are subject to full payment. Refunds are at the discretion of McKeown & Scullin Solutions and you should contact info@mckeownscullin.com or 07450910350.

 

Vouchers are not redeemable for cash and are non-refundable.

Guidance given by McKeown & Scullin Solutions is provided in good faith. McKeown & Scullin Solutions is not liable for any actions taken by the recipient which may lead to damages being incurred.
